華為在歐盟申請了“Supercharge”的品牌商標。此舉表明，該公司近期將在其智能手機電池中使用一種新的快充技術。該技術最有可能的首發設備是華為Mate 9。
所謂的“Supercharge”很可能是華為去年在第56界日本電池大會（the 56th Battery Symposium in Japan）上所演示的黑科技。當時，華為展示了短短幾分鐘就能充到將近50%的鋰離子電池。
2016年8月23日，老高檢索歐盟商標局網站，突然看到華為公司申請的第015740798號【HUAWEI SuperCharge】通過審查，進入公告階段。

2016年8月23日 通過并公布
時間也夠快的。根據時間軸顯示，目前無人提出異議Opposition proceedings程序（0 oppositions received）。
2016年11月23日，公布期結束。商標注冊并公告。大功告成。

歐盟商標注冊程序大致分為4個步驟：1. 遞交階段2. 審查階段3. 公布/異議和注冊階段歐盟商標公布/異議和注冊程序簡介：
在公布后的三個月內，第三方可以基于在先權利向歐盟知識產權局提出異議。如果異議人的請求獲準，歐盟商標申請將從全部或部分注冊商品／和或服務上被排除。
任何一方如果對歐盟知識產權局的決定不服，可以在決定送達的兩個月之內向歐盟知識產權局書面提起申訴。
在沒有異議或異議請求被駁回的情況下，所申請的商標將會被注冊并公告。
在申請后的這段時間中，歐盟商標局檢索報告也發出。
從檢索報告來看，歐盟商標局檢索到的有關涉嫌近似商標，都是華為公司自己申請的歐盟商標。
大致如下：
歐盟商標的初始保護期限為十年。每經過十年都可以進行續展，目前官方的續展費用每次為850歐（僅限第1類），第2類的續展額外官費為50歐，從第3類起每類的續展額外官費為150歐。
